By creating an account on www3x, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. This platform is operated exclusively for individuals aged 18 or older in Bangladesh. Minors are not permitted to use this site, and no exceptions will be accepted. Each user may only operate one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. www3x reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to have provided false information.

- A maximum of one account per person is permitted.
- All information provided at registration must be truthful and verifiable.
- Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential.
- Transferring or selling an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
All financial transactions on the www3x platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Before making a deposit, ensure that your payment method is registered in your own name. Transactions made using third-party payment methods are not permitted and may be cancelled. Withdrawal requests may take a set amount of time to process and may be held until the verification process is complete. If any suspicious financial activity is detected, www3x reserves the right to investigate the account and, if necessary, place transactions on hold. Records of all transactions are retained and may be presented for verification if required.
- All transactions will be processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).
- You must use a payment method registered in your own name for deposits and withdrawals.
- Minimum and maximum transaction limits are set in accordance with platform guidelines.

- Accounts involved in fraudulent transactions may be permanently closed.
Gaming Terms & Responsibilities
All games available on www3x are operated for entertainment purposes, and the outcome of each game is determined entirely by a random algorithm. Game results are neither predetermined nor guaranteed, so users are advised to play responsibly and within their own means. If a technical error or system failure affects a game outcome, www3x reserves the right to cancel that round. Temporary downtime may occur during platform maintenance or upgrades, during which services may be unavailable. www3x reserves the right to modify the terms of service at any time without prior notice, and changes take effect upon publication. Users are advised to visit this page regularly to stay informed of any updated terms. In the event of any dispute or complaint, the decision of www3x shall be considered final.
Strictly Prohibited Actions
Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the www3x platform and may result in account termination. Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds is strictly forbidden and may lead to legal action. Harassing other users, using abusive language, or attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform is prohibited.
